Do you really ship as stated on your website?

Yes. We will keep to the website guidance in 99.9% of cases. Sometimes but rarely we need another day.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

Desk-tops often show up a day after the base as although they leave at the same time they travel through the courier networks by different paths. Best thing is to wait as the item will show up the next day. After 3 days contact us at,uk

Can I book a time-slot for delivery

Unfortunately no. We use couriers not two man gloved delivery and so it is not possible to offer timeslots. If we have shipped your goods your goods by DPD you may be given one but it is dictated by DPD and not chosen by the customer.

Is the stock on the website correct?

Yes. We have 99.9% stock accuracy

Do I need optional extras such as pre-drilling, cable ports, cable trays etc?

No these are extras to either make the desk easier to assemble or to assist in better cable management. If you buy a basic desk you will get a frame and a top and all the necessary screws to connect the two together.

Can I have a special sized desk-top?

Not currently. We have insufficient manufacturing capacity at the moment to make special tops.

What is your return policy?

You can find this here but for the sake of the planet please think before you buy. Also measure your room 3 times before buying.

How do I make a return?

Fill in the goods return form here and we will get back to you. There are no exchanges as shipping is free. You simply need to return and re-purchase if you wish to have a different item.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Fill in the fault reporting form for the product and we will get back to you once we receive it
