Unfortunately, we cannot assist with warranty issues as we no longer have premises, stocks, or staff available. In order to help as much as possible, we have left some minimal support information on this page.
In terms of warranty only the following desks can be warrantied. No other desks are within warranty. Accessories such as monitor arms and chairs we cannot warranty. Sorry. The desk type e.g. Pro, Advance is shown below and the matching frame code is alongside. These would be on your invoice or packing slip. You will need proof of purchase and what type of frame you have to communicate this to Aoke Europe. Note desk-tops warranty has expired. Only the frames can be warrantied.

To claim warranty, contact Aoke Europe at service@aoke-europe.com. They are the OEM for these products. You will need to provide proof of purchase and the type of frame you have.
They should be able to offer replacement parts for out-of-warranty desks at a cost, so feel free to email and check if they can provide a spare you need.
