I need to use my warranty how can I do this?
Contact us using the Troubleshooting and Fault Reporting Form for your desk and then we will be able to advise you if the issue can be resolved without the need for any spare parts. Approx. 90% of all issues are resolved in this manner.
What if I do need a spare part?
We currently hold spares for warranty and will dispatch one ASAP. We may need the defective part back first and will advise you of this.
