We were delighted to receive a new order from a past customer who is in the process of expanding their business. It is always great to hear from our customers and we were delighted to learn that business is going well for them.
They needed 7 standing desks configured the same as their previous order, plus another one with an unusual shape of desktop. You can see from the photograph; this is not our standard Alaska desktop. There is quite a bit of work involved in drawing up and writing the CNC program required to make a desktop this shape and this does add an extra 4-5 days to our standard lead time. We also had to make a slight modification to the desk frame to match the size and shape of the desktop. We certainly enjoy the challenge of working on something a little bit different.
